Anyone else here who wanted them to get together? I always thought that they would be a great couple and hoped that they would get together (at the end of the series). I always had the impression that he had feelings for her, in her case I´m not so sure.
I´m still bitter how they handled the finale, their friendship was pretty much destroyed and it was mentioned that she was seeing that other guy.
I absolutely did not want them to get together. They had a unique friendship and I didn't want to see the stereotypical romance story where they hook-up, even if it is for a short affair. They had a strong friendship and it remained that even after all the struggles they had.

shareI always felt that they were in love with each other, you can love someone and have it not be a sexual type of a relationship.... They were always a good match and evened each other out to make a great team. Others in a similar type of relationship where they are soul mates would be Sherlock Holmes and Jon Watson, Sam and Dean Winchester, Arthur and Merlin, tv is littered with them because they are a great way to tell a story without it getting all romantic and boring a lot of viewers with the mushy stuff but that's where fan fiction comes in handy for those viewers who want more than the tv show gives them although Third Watch may be a little too early to have a lot of fan fiction out there...
