Who else misses this show?
It was a pretty damn good show back in the 00's. Wish it kept going after six seasons.

I DO!! I DO!! As much as I wish it had continued, it ended well. Tied up loose ends, and didnt leave us hanging
share
I do!!!
i find the ending very good, a circle is closed (finn+ty) - but I wish that all seasons would be available on dvd (here in germany the 2nd ain´t german at all, not even the subtitles!), and 3-6 are out of reach for EVERYBODY, we all know.
i think that for me it´s the greatest show of all, though there are several others i like very much.

ALL LIFE IS EQUAL
Me so much. Friday was the death of it but I loved the show so much so, that i started rewatching it from episode one again. There really is no show like it and never will be. The characters the stories the relationships. My home NYC just loved everything about it (including Jimmy Ty & Bosco my crush) i loved the series finale because i remember feeling that they did the fans justice and didnt leave us hanging wondering what will happen in the future plus we got to see some favs that left the show.
Love love love Third Watch
Did you start rewatching it on TV or online?

YES I still adore and tell everyone about this show. I just wish the DVDs were out.

I definitely still miss this show =( I've watched the first 2 seasons on DVD many times over already. I also managed to download Seasons 3-6 on the computer. They are TV quality but still a very good watch. Also got several people addicted to this show too LOL
Loved Bosco the best, I loved also how each of the partners would balance each other out.
I DO TOO !!!!!!!!
However, we now have Chicago Fire, Chicago PD, and Chicago Med.....these are not bad, but they just can't replace Bosco, or any others...
Oh, those shows dont even compare to Third watch. Everyone is so vanilla and perfect at all times that its annoying. I loved Third watch because at least it was realistic. Anyone who watched it can make an extensive character description on Bosco, Faith, Sully, Ty Davis, with the good and the bad.
On the other hand, in Chicago F+PD, I wouldnt recognize the characters if they didnt have different faces. They're all pristine characters with no faults.
Me too!! And, it's not even in re-run. I am quite sick of the various versions of L&O. I loved 3rd Watch, and I miss it.

They should have stuck

My station and I have just marathoned it (I'm a Paramedic and we love to watch medical or first responder shows (mainly to laugh at the mistakes!)) and it was unanimous that Third Watch was by far the best of not only first responder shows, but simply TV shows in general.
I could personally watch it over and over again, and never get sick of it. I've literally just bought and named two of my fish Maurice "Bosco" Boscorelli and John "Sully" Sullivan... And yes, I did adopt them simply to name them those names (picking up Bobby Caffey and Kim Zambrano for our station tomorrow after shift! )
