you could probably get a redskins jersey made up with Falco on it through NFL shop sometimes though the NFL get a little wise to things like this and block it. It would be a cool reference

I bought a Falco t-shirt with his number on the back a few years back and I only see one out there currently.

Many stores that sell sports merchandise make custom jerseys. It would be easy to get a red jersey with white numbers and letters. You could even get the white stripes around the shoulders. If you show them a photo they can probably recreate the entire jersey.
