Baltimore Ravens gave Reeves a tryout for the team after this
I believe they even offered him a spot on the team after the tryout, but he declined if i'm correct
Keanu was that great of a QB? haha

Yeah I think you're right. I heard it on the DVD extras or something. That would've been so funny to see Keanu Reeves as a real QB.
shareReeves was like, "Yeah, I made most of the throws in the movie, but that wasn't me getting hit."
shareYeah, that's the story, but it just sounds like PR bull to me, either to promote the film, to get the Ravens some attention, or both.
At a listed height of 6'1" (probably an exaggeration), Reeves would be a bit small for an NFL QB, but mostly, to think a Hollywood actor with zero college experience would have any future at all in the NFL is laughable. The Ravens would have been more likely to sign Jon Favreau to spell Ray Lewis at LB.

Yes, PR bull crap. Disregard, move on.
shareIf he was that great of a quarterback, he must've been that great of a surfer as well. :D
Hey there, Johnny Boy, I hope you fry!
