Who would want to see a Resident Evil/House of the Dead Crossover?

Looking at the two games, they seem to fit hand in hand. Plus I could have sworn that in House of the Dead 3 there are lickers (or rather creatures that look an awful lot like lickers).

Eh... nah.

WoW and Capcom would never join forces for one, and two, the games are only similar in terms of the fact that you kill zombies.

Now a Zombie Revenge/RE crossover would work, even though the latter has only one game in its series (which is in fact a spinoff of HOD2)

Zombie Revenge is more or less a House of the Dead game. It has Curien Mansion and a variant of the Magician.

As for the games, there are numerous elements within them that could allow for a possible crossover:
1) Both feature mansions containing hideous experiments and ghoulish monsters that are similar in appearance.
2) Both games (the first ones) are set in the year 1998.
3) Both feature villainous corporations with their own myoptic agenda.
4) Both have characters named Goldman (I think there was a Vincent Goldman in Resident Evil: GunSurvivor. If I recall correctly, it was kind of a crappy game, but awesome-looking Tyrant).
5) The designs for the Magician and the Tyrant are rather similar in appearance, although in the case of the former it is more demonic-looking.
6) Albert Wesker. POSSIBLE SPOILER - I know this might sound odd, but even though I haven't played RE5 yet, I heard about his origins. It's kind of funny to me because I was playing around with the notion that Wesker was in fact Devil Type 000 or something. He had all of the qualities of a devil. It's easy to see him being involved with Curien and Goldman due to their similar mindsets. Plus I kind of anticipated him being manufactured.

Why would WoW and Capcom not join forces?

As I said myself...

Anyways, WoW and Capcom wouldn;t join because Sega doesn;t develop with others, nor have they ever.

Didn't they work with Nintendo to do a Sonic/Mario cross-over?
