Near last part of the 4th season, John has a Harvey vision where they are dressed in tuxedos standing in the road in front of a truck. Anyone remember which episode this appeared in?

That was actually early in season 3, in Self Inflicted Wounds Part II. "You do NOT wear my dad's tux!"
