I know a British guy that's a total jerk!

There's this British guy at my job who acts so prim and proper like he would never break any of the rules. But when no one's looking, he's a total self serving, untrustworthy jerk that would stab anyone in the back. I didn't actually notice this until one of the ladies pointed out this behavior to me.

Sometimes when I see him, all I can think of is Jason Isaacs.

reply

Honestly what does him being British have anything to do with his actions? It sounds like it could just be his personality...

I don't get what you are trying to prove here. Could you elaborate more?

"I'm here to kick ass and chew bubblegum!"

reply

So what does that prove? I'm British and I'm utterly fantastic.

I once met an American who was a total sh*thead....so there!

reply

Just one?

He asked us, "Be you angels?"
and we said, "NAY, we are but men," ROCK!

reply

Most men are DICKS anyway, so there! -- a 'merican.

reply

I bet you know most men then... Sorry, but your statement doesn't make any logical sense.
You can't know most men and I bet you don't know most men, so you have nothing to say.

reply

Of course. It's a prerequisite for the job.

It`s far easier to start a war than to end one.

reply

Only your mother thinks you're fantastic. No one else.

State champ in martial arts, trained with firearms, I eFF'n dare you!

reply

 Well, if you don't think you're fantastic, then who will right?

reply

Which country is he from?

reply

Prim and proper, must be Welsh.

Steady there.

You need to get this guy out of your system (hair and throat)

reply

LMAO I love this post. I know this guy who's yada yada....and because he's yada yada.... everyone who's yada yada, must be yada yada.

I've had several managers who looked and acted exactly like Lumbergh in Office Space. I don't believe they were British, but I'll bet they wanted to be.

reply

What a great thread. I'll try and help out a bit. Jeremy Isaacs who plays 'nasty Brit' or should that be 'nastiest Brit'? Well he's from Southport and they're a right shower of bar stewards them lot, reckon OP's protagonist could be from there.
I visit Southport a couple of times a year and I'm ok, but could be better I suppose.
But, I'm definitely not anywhere near as bad as that scoundrel in the OP.......blagard.

(Only come on here to ask what's Mel Gibsons problem with Britain/England)?

reply

Gibson's father was deep Catholic with Irish roots who taught a deep distrust to everything non Catholic especially protestant English...

There's a lot of English people with Irish Catholic roots too.

Piers Morgan?

reply

As a Brit i am more than a little bored at the world asking us to apologise for one thing or another. We invented the modern world and the things in it, so you would think they would be more grateful.

However on the subject of Piers Morgan. I am are truly, truly, truly sorry. Please forgive us.

reply

Sounds like most of the americans I grew up with in georgia, ignorant hillbillies with no sense of morality or truth
