Was originally a 5 man crew doing it and they stuffed it up so the older crew were going to fix it when the younger crew said they were helping.

That's the reason for Memphis returning

It's simple! 200k / (10 person crew X (50 cars / 24 hours)) = 10k a person (with some rounding)
