Fassbender
It says he's in 7 episodes, but I have been looking out for him and can only remember seeing him in the first one.
He might not have a big part and I don't recognise him though
Look for him in episodes 7 and 9, where he has more screen time & dialogue -
Episode 7 ("Breaking Point") - He has a memorable scene with Speirs in this one:

Episode 9 ("Why We FIght") - He's very noticeable in the scene where O'Keefe sings "Oklahoma," and he leads the squad that discovers the concentration camp:
