I rewatched this last night for the first time in 20 years or so. It is probably better than the 29% RT score indicates, but not much. The ending is truly awful, with a ghost Chris Kattan saving the day? I'll bench this one for another 2 decades I think.
shareI saw this one about a year ago for the first time. I think it started out quite strong, but the last hour definitely didn't hit the right spots. I do think it had potential, but much of the finale is entirely flubbed.
That said, I do have some friends in the horror community who enjoy this one, but like you, I just don't see it as being that remarkable of a movie at all.
