Before hugo shot roger he said desi's dead im sorry bro, was he referring to the fact that he was sorry to tell him desi is dead, Or did he meant im sorry bro, cause he really didn't wanna kill him.
shareIn my opinion he was telling Roger sorry because he knew that Roger had feelings for Desi and that he was sorry for HIM (roger) I don't think Hugo really felt any sincer regret for shooting Roger other than it messed up his plans for framing Michael for Desi' death and Michael's 'suicide'
