Episode Help!

Not sure if either of these were in this series or My little Pony Tales so bare with me.

First episode- I think the ponies are at a fair or something? I just remember a scene with lots of rocky surrounds, a fire, and I think the ponies were in trouble.

Second episode- This was more than one part because I have one part taped and it's a cliff hanger. I only remember the end where two ponies are caught, strapped to a conveyer belt, and about to have their hair chopped off.

Any ideas as to which episodes these are? It's been bugging me for years!

The first one sounds like 'The Magic Coins' since the Ponies were venturing out past the mountains to find water while a fire spread through Dream Valley.

The second one was 'The Glass Princess', in which a porky princess kidnaps three of the ponies and has their hair cut off (it grew back right after, it was magic after all) to make a magic quilt.

Mama always said sex is like a box of chocolates, the ones with the cherries are better.
