I never knew there was a 2nd horserace at Lon Lon Ranch Malon offers with Epona and that you could win a cow if you beat the course under 50 seconds. It is possible to get it on 47 or 48 seconds but it's very hard to do!

Yeah, there were a lot of times I get it right at 50 seconds. Took me forever but I finally did beat it at 49, but yeah it was hard.
