1 2 and 3 are almost even for me
They're all relatively easy, but some end up taking a bit of time and patience

1. Queen Gohma (easily goes down in 5 seconds)
2. King Dodongo (easily goes down in about 30 seconds)
3. Morpha (easily downed in 35 seconds)
4. Twinrova (a bit of a longer fight, but easy nonetheless)
5. Volvagia (takes about a minute, maybe a bit more, but it's easy)
6. Barinade (takes some skill to take it down in a minute or so)
7. Bongo Bongo (takes considerable skill to take it down in 25 seconds)
8. Phantom Ganon (goes down about as easily as Bongo Bongo, but takes longer)

I'm including Ganondorf/Ganon because their bosses and this thread asks for the hardest boss.
1: King Dodongo - Far too easy
2: Gohma - Same as Dodongo.
3: Ganon - So dissapointing
4: Morpha - Straight forward
5: Twinrova - Easy as hell. Fun though.
6: Volvagia - Easy
7: Phantom Ganon - Dangerous at times.
8: Ganondorf - The same as his phantom really.
9: Bongo Bongo - Can be hard at first
10: Barinade - This guy drove me crazy at first.

From hardest to easiest:
1. Twinrova (Spirit Temple) *I filled all my bottles with fairies, used all of them, and was this close to dying before I beat them.*
2. Phantom Ganon (Forest Temple) *He'd get me with his energy balls. It took lots of practice to time my slice just right to reflect them back at him*
3. Bongo-Bongo (Shadow Temple) *I ran out of arrows a couple of times and had to restart the battle*
4. Volvagia (Fire Temple)
5. Ganondorf/Ganon (Ganondorf's Castle) *For some reason, I had an easier time with him than Phantom Ganon*
6. Barinade (Lord Jabu-Jabu's Belly)
7. King Dodongo (Dodongo's Cavern)
8. Queen Gohma (Deku Tree)

Actually, I think Queen Gohma is easier then King Dodongo.

I think Dark Link is harder than any of the main bosses. Tolerating Navi is also quite a challenge.
