Gigantic Plot Hole

The song "The Boys are back in town" is heard loudly playing in the background when he's riding into the jousting arena, yet this song wasn't released until 1976.

Someone dropped the ball on this one big time, totally ruined the film IMO

... Wait are you serious? The whole movie is filled with contemporary songs, Queen's we will rock you? Not to mention the plot is not dependent on music, doesn't define a plot hole in anyway.

Are YOU serious? He's clearly just joking around. Lighten up!

Are YOU serious? Have you been on IMDB? There is no guarantee its a joke(it most likely is) but I've seen actual serious, non trolling threads like this, of course written by morons. Though I agree its probably a joke, on IMDB there are no guarantees something is a joke though.

Are YOU serious? You're asking a 7 year old post from another board if the user has been on Moviechat?

Are you Serious? Yahoo Serious?

I can't believe that movie didn't catapult him into superstardom!

The joke is pretty weak so it's not EXACTLY clear he was doing so. And after spending a few years visiting this site and realizing the I.Q.'s of "the average person" are about 38 points below where they should be... well, you know.

Some people think too hard about a film while others don't think hard enough. Think about it!

reply

No, the joke wasn't weak, It was as clear as crystal! Not even a moron created in a lab from two excellent specimens of moron could believe that this movie takes place after 1976. Even Donald Trump and his negative IQ would plainly see this movie as vey, VEY old.

So if you honestly need to ask if the OP was being serious then you've "just been trolled, brah!" Good and hard.

Dude! smh  The music is used to convey the significance of knights with use of the modern application. Knights then were the Rock Stars of today in Medieval times. (Made me spill my drink on my keyboard reading this thread)

The '76 version is a cover, although the two are often confused. No one is sure of the title of the gathering of minstrels that originally performed it, if they even had a name.

...then whoa, differences...
