Did anyone else notice that the pizza delivery guy character is based on the "Noogie" character who appeared in some eps of miami vice. Especially the scene at the beginnning of season 1 episode "cool runnin'", its almost the same as the police station scene.

lol, am having trouble believing it was not him, somehow he looks too similar to be his cousin as was revealed on the dvd extras, I'm thinking it's a joke.
