When I rented this film i was under the impression I was getting a Mockumentry. But seeing that all the characters names are the actors names, I'm thinking it's a real documentry but some parts I really don't know if it's real or not, so is this real or a mockumentry?

Besides, Coven turned a rather large profit (over 2,000 more sales than the somewhat unbelievable 3,000 he said was minimum, for a $3,000 film) So, I think there might be... moderate-sized things in Borchardt's future.
Besides, not every guy has to be a multi-million dollar filmamker to be a success.
And all this came from a guy who didn'tlike Borchardt in the film, cuase he's a drunk (His journal on www.americanmovie.com has said he is trying to kick that habit.)
