How do you feel about Scary Movie a decade later?
I feel as though it has stood the test of time as one of the great comedy/horror spoofs.

yeah i feel old.
shareThis is still the best of the spoofs in the last decade.
shareI watched this today.
It's held up as a hilariously fun movie.
I laughed as much as I did the first time, which was a lot.
I'd rather be disemboweled with a toothbrush.
I'm watching it right now! for the first time in... oh man I don't even know, probably like 7 or 8 years (I'm 19) so it's really interesting watching it again because I appreciate it more as a spoof and not just a random funny movie. Whatshername is so cute and young :P
Also lol, I obviously didn't pay attention to the dialogue at all when I was younger so now it's kind of like I'm watching it for the first time :\
It's really dated and a lot of the reference points would be incomprehensible to someone watching for the first time. It's not what you would call 'timeless'.
"This sounds like a dialogue from our script!"

Saw it a few days ago and watching it right now as I'm posting this. Still very funny to me.

When this first came out in 2000, I was obsessed with this movie. I think I've watched it at least 500 times. It truly was the funniest thing I've ever seen.
Now? It's still funny, especially when you compare it to current comedies and spoofs. However, I think some of the humor is very dated. But the movie stands as a decent snapshot of the late 90s/early 00s, because of the humor/clothes/and music worn in the movie.
Just watched it on tv just now. I still cracked up at it. My friends and I loved this movie back in high school when it first came out.. it has some of the most funniest lines ever. I think I'll still be quoting it years from now.
