I haven't kept in touch with the various releases of this film, as i used to have the 2/3 disk dvd version, which had many of the deleted scenes edited back into the film.
I read recently on Youtube somewhere that there is a ''short film'' which shows even more deleted scenes than that previous version?
Are they in a 'making of' documentary or a new film bluray version?
The original two-disc DVD had whole deleted scenes and a short montage of additional deleted footage (not whole scenes, just unused shots).
The 3-disc extended edition incorporates the whole deleted scenes but doesn't utilize any of the little trims from the montage, that I recall.
The blu-ray versions I think include all of the above.
My edition of the Bluray has an extended cut which includes roughly 25 minutes of previously deleted scenes. It also had the option to view the theatrical version as well.
