Lucilla
Lucilla could have been easily one of the best female characters in cinema history (beautiful, extremely smart, noble, strong, manipulative, kind hearted all at once BUT that huge plot hole at the end.. Did she really tell her son about Maximus ? What kind of writer would do that ? I know Commodus had to find out but god that was bad. Either she told her kid or he heard her conversation. Either way, it was silly and ruined her character.
