This movie should have a higher rate

I have rated Gladiator 10 out of 10. I think it should be in the top 10, of the best movies ever made.
I have watched this movie first when I was 10, at that time quality of the display was low, dark and I did not understand what was the story behind. Now, after I have watched it three times--I must say it totally deserves 10 rating.

I give it a 9, I don't think it's one of the best, (top 10 wise at least) Maybe in the top 40, But i think a film which came out the same year, Memento is a bit better and deserves a 10.
