filming location
First off I have to say that "A Child's Christmas in Wales" is a wonderful Christmas film, one of the best out there. For some reason, in the United States, this film is never shown at Christmas. The village of Montgomery, Wales was an ideal setting for this film and I urge all the fans of this film to visit Montogmery. I took a day trip there and spent a few hours soaking in the sights. A really nice bunch of kids could not understand why an American man would want to sight see in Montgomery. The locals are really nice and they live up to the Welsh being some of the friendliest people in the world. Montgomery, Wales still looks very much the same as it did when this film came out, the town hall is the most dominate sight. If you're in the UK or plan to visit the country of Wales make Mongtomery one of your travel stops. It it so worth it. Merry Christmas 2007.
