Well done adult joke in a kids movie. It takes a second of thought and the kids will never understand it anyway.

I just noticed that too. But it explains the other adult joke why the first baby delivered looked like the wife's boss.

Yep. At 14 I had no idea what that was about, so my parents explained it to me.
