Donnie Darko - similar suburban setting with an angsty teenager

Edward Scissorhands - more of a fantasy but has suburban setting and a climax that takes place in the neighborhood all on one night like this film

Ghost World - similar setting and feel

Little Children - drama about suburban life

Fight Club - similar in that the main character works in a cubicle and discovers a new way of life

Office Space - similar in that the main character works in a cubicle and discovers a new way of life

Far From Heaven - similar domestic drama
