I think the way that family and everybody else was in that neighborhood in the movie was just freaky and dysfunctional! Who else thinks so?!

It's a perfect example of a typical suburb. I guarantee yours is just as weird, but I think Lester put it best:

"Our marriage is just for show. A commercial for how normal we are when we're anything but."
