Baldur's Gate V Neverwinter Nights
Baldur's Gate, for me.

SORRY, but i've to say Neverwinter Nights (very) closely beats Baldur's Gate.
I don't talk about the original NWN campaign though.
The toolkit is perfect, and many of the custom modules have better story than Baldur's Gate, and much better graphics than the original NWN. You can even download the custom modules for FREE.
The background graphic of BG series is indeed VERY GOOD, but the avatars are very ugly. If we don't talk about graphics, Fallout 2 beats'em all.
No need to apologize, each to their own...
I never used to toolkit, so I as relying purely on the campaign, both size and add-ons as well as story quality. Also, BG scores several points for doing it quite a lot earlier, and thats what split them to me.

Baldur's Gate. A good story will beat fancy graphics any day of the week as far as I am concerned.
