Feels like a 90's movie.

For some reason, this movie has a very strange feel to it. Obviously the storyline is a bit wacky, but I thought this would be 95/96ish.

I was going to mention the XMen comic book he was reading, but as this was released 2 years after X-Men, I'd have been wrong.

I'm still watching it, it's just got a weird feel to it.
Doc Brown somehow looks younger than he did in BTTF! And Marty Mcfly looks pretty good too.

Exactly what I thought. Typical teenager movie from the 1990s.
