Would anyone ever believe Kramer’s death was an accidental drowning?
Wouldn’t they see bruise marks all around his neck from where Sebastian was choking him?

shareThey would probably put more stock in the bruise marks considering she was quite the distance away and hysterical, not to mention with all of the splashing there very well could have been someone else that she just couldn’t see. her testimony would be unreliable at best.
