I guess wetting your pants? I mean, coming can be inferred as a compliment to the beauty of the partner, and it's happened to most of us before, even if it is in private and we don't admit to it... Wetting yourself is just poor bladder control, and is not so common, especially in the young!
I have a high threshold of embarrassment... I mean; I went to high school with a disability - so I had plenty of awkward moments - and I survived...
