If you watched one right after the other, I think you'd be shocked by just how much of a clone it is. It's not just the plot that's exactly the same, every single event is the same and in the same order, just slightly changed. For example, about 10 minutes into American Pie 1, Stifler has a house party and accidentally drinks a beer full of semen. In American Pie 2, Stifler has a house party and accidentally drinks piss.

The movies are nearly identical. One of the most repetitive sequels ever. With this weird slapstick style ''genital'' humor. having sex with pies on the counter tops, super gluing one hand to a porno and the other to your penis and then there was the drinking urine and semen gag is both movies. I know some of it was late 90's-early '00's style humor but it just seems a bit.. odd.
