It's pretty weird watching it, because just about every scene I recognise lol. The public toilets in the park aren't actually toilets in real life though, it's just a storage shed...

Yeah that's right, the building is physically there in the park but the interior was a set that we shot on in London.
shareI live in Basingstoke too, and was very surprised to hear of a film being shot here. I'm about to watch it tonight as it is on the FilmFour channel at 12:50am tonight. I myself have just finished at the Vyne School, which has been my secondary school for the past 5 years. Some of my teachers seem to remember the film and one teacher told me she had been watching the filming sometimes.
I wonder why the film is so scarce to find in the UK? I cannot find a DVD anywhere, and at the moment it looks like my best bet is to buy the German release.

sharehey i'm from blazingstoke too!! or as it is now being called stokeyB!(apparently!) i'm not in england at the mo, so its awesome watching it and seeing my town!! it's weird that this was done before the new town centre...so when they filmed this, the big square down by the bus station must have still been there!! it's so weird!!
