Ceel didn't wear socks onscreen, they went with flip flops; in the book it was Converse sneakers (high tops?)

Your guess is as good as mine as to why the 15th anniversary of The Virgin Suicides movie occasions a fashion collection release. Resurgent nostalgia doesn't follow an exact timetable, but while the 15 year mark at best may anticipate a renewed interest in years to come, for casual fans, it needs to gestate a few more years before they can get into it again.
