after cecila kills herself the dad goes into cecilas room and hallucinates cecila there looking at the open window. after he closes it another girl appears behind him and says 'don't worry, they took the fence out'
maybe it's just me but i don't recognize her as any of the daughters?
who is she?

It was Bonnie. I can see how someone may miss that. I don't remember her speaking at any other point in the movie.

I don't remember her speaking at any other point in the movie.

She did have a line when that reporter tried to interview them after Cecilia's death.
