Will this ever come out on Blu-ray?

Just wondering what you guys think. I've been holding off on buying the DVD, but I'm starting to doubt it will come out on Blu-ray. It's not the kind of movie that's really necessary on Blu-ray anyway.

It's out on BR in France, and the french release is region free. Unfortunately, it has FORCED french subtitles.
