I think the episode was titled Tea & A Total Lack Of Sympathy: when Karen shows up at Will's new office & asks Mrs. Freeman (Gregory Hines' secretary) to mail a letter for her...priceless!

When Karen is trying to tell Jack that Grace had sex with Sam, but she can't say it because she was sworn to secrecy on her jewelry. She grabs a red mop and starts bouncing it around, going "nya nya nya nya nya" and throwing swatches around. H-i-LARious!
