Idea on how they could do a revival.

I think it could be cool if they did a revival and called it "Jack and Karen" and had Debra and Eric as guest stars.

We know from the finale Will and Grace didn't see each other for 18 years or so, but in this spin-off they could simply appear in different episodes or scenes/storylines with Jack and Karen and not each other. It makes sense to make Jack and Karen the two main characters in this instance.

We could also have lots of guest stars like Leo and Vince. Will and Grace can't interact but we could still have Grace catch up with Vince or Will catch up with Leo. It could make for some really touching scenes that fill in the gaps a little bit.

It would be disappointing to not have Will and Grace interact but I think it could still be really funny. This disappointment to me would feel similar to the bittersweet feeling of the finale.

I don't think this concept could support an ongoing series but I can easily see a 10 part Netflix series. I think this idea is decent simply because it's a way they could actually do a revival and not contradict or ret-con the finale.

Although, I was high when I watched this.

I prayed that Jack and Karen would get their own spinoff show from season 5 onward. I'd still love to see it.

I never thought they could carry their own spin off without Will and Grace. They're great characters but needed WaG to ground them. I also don't think it could support a traditional 20+ episode season.

I only think this is a good idea as WaG would still be in it and the Netflix format would work really well for it. I never thought a Will and Grace reunion or reboot would happen or work, but the changing landscape of television is changing things.

Although, I was high when I watched this.
