Live action adaptation directed by David Cronenberg

I recently revisited my old anime collection and I was reminded of this old classic thriller. Not that I'm saying they should remake this, as its a benchmark of 'serious' Japanimation. But if they did, I couldn't help but wonder what a live action remake would be like in the hands of Canada's finest. Thoughts?

I fully agree. Cronenberg is one of the few people I think could do a Perfect Blue adaptation real justice. David Lynch would be another. Maybe even David Fincher.

Ha. I'll take any of the three Davids.
