The white bald cop.
Is it just me, or could the white bald cop have been Forest Whitaker.
I know it wasn't him, but he looks exactly like Whitaker would if he were wearing white makeup.
Same mannerisms , and Forest played a cop in the Shield, and when I watched Screwed, they were almost identical.
