I've been told this movie is great, a '90's classic even. Well, I finally watched it, and in my opinion, it was terrible. I usually love this type of film, but this just wasn't good. I kept waiting for it to get better, and sadly, the soundtrack sucked. However, I like the cast, especially Heath. Am I alone in feeling like this movie is a real let down? I've heard this is the most underrated '90's teen flick, and I disagree- Can't Hardly Wait is.
shareI really like 10 things I hate About You, but it has its flawes. Heath Ledger is truly amazing even if his character has some bad scenes; he is suppose to be the Petruchio of the film, and sometimes he is, but sometimes not. Julia Stiles character is more perfect and of course the dynamics between Stiles and Ledger is awesome from start to finish, but maybe the worse parts of the film overshadowed the best parts for you?
I think parts of the soundtrack worked well enough.

To each their own, but this is definitely my favourite movie of all times. In this genre. Stiles and Ledger are just that great.
shareFunny, I can't stand Can't Hardly Wait. The main protag is a stalker and it's distracting. I feel the same way about Sleepless in Seattle. 10 Things is great, though.
