shareI'm guessing that OPs point was that Stiles continued to be cast in young/teenage roles for several years still, and thus seemed younger to OP, wheras Gordon-Levitt was cast in roles more corresponding to his real life age, and thus after a while seemed "older" than Stiles to OP.

If you want to get technical, the movie was shot in 1998, when they were 17. They both turned 18 within a month of the film's release in March 1999.
shareHe's actually older by a month or two, and also Stiles younger sister is only two months younger then Stiles. Stiles I thought would have been the same age as Ledger.
