is DVD version the same PG-13 as theatrical?

I saw this on an airplane several years ago, and just rented it on DVD last week, and wondered if two scenes were in the theatrical release that was rated PG13.

1. Adele meets with Walter Hagan, and he putts a golf ball into the breasts of his assistant, AND
2. Adele meets with Junuh, and offers to have sex with him so that he plays in the tournament.

Of course I realize that airplane versions are cut for time and the possibility of young children watching. When I saw the DVD, I was surprised that in 2000 you could put these in a PG-13 movie (of course, Fast and the Furious broke new ground in big-release PG-13 the following year).

IMDB doesn't list any alternate versions; does anyone remember whether these same scenes were in the theatrical release?

Cheers

The DVD version is the same as the theatrical version. I still remember seeing "Legend of Bagger Vance" in the cinema during my senior year in high school, and those two scenes you mentioned were indeed in the theatrical release.
