what is the books name? also, is the book about bagger vance and golfing or is it about hindus and a war?
shareThe whole story is primarily based on the Bhagavad Gita (which is a sacred text to Hindus. It's about Krishna teaching Arjun about life - the lessons are quite similar to what Baggar teaches Junuh.)
But there IS a novel that has the same name as the movie. I believe it came before the film so it has the same story.
