How do you think Richard Nixon would've handled the missile crisis?

If Nixon had won the 1960 presidential election, I've always wondered when watching this movie, what he would have done.

What do you think? Would we all still be here today?

Cause if I was alive back then, I probably would have voted for Nixon instead of JFK.

Well, if Nixon wins in 1960, he probably wouldn't have been set up by the military to fail in the Bay of Pigs "invasion".

The US would have invaded Cuba already so it depends on what the outcome of that would have been. If Fidel was overthrown, Cuba is in the USA's back pocket again. If the invasion/coup failed, then the missles would have been installed and Nixon probably retaliates in some way, IMO.
