He would have been perfect for either frank sinatra or dean martin. That guy's a legend!

Palminteri is a good actor, and I like him. However, he does not resemble either Sinatra or Martin facially, bodily, vocally, or in any other way. There would not be any rational reason to cast him in one of those roles.
