Perhaps he should see the TV version instead of the theatrical version.

When the rating says "perverse sexuality" What doe sthat mean? WOuldn't that be the same as a rape scene?

reply

Your friend should have her ass kicked if she allows an 11 year old to view it. It's almost too strong for a 35 year old.
What the hell kind of sick kid is she raising, and how the hell does he know about it in the first place?!?

reply

No but seriously I wouldn't have an 11 year old watch that movie yet. I watched it when it first came out and I still remember it. The movie is awesome though!

I think an eleven-year-old can stomach it. It's not TOO bad. I saw the film when I was eleven, and simply thought to myself, "Oh dear. . . here's a poor girl getting raped. . .ouch. . .". And that was it. I was eleven, mind you.

thats pretty cold-blooded, not gonna lie, lol, but seriously, I really didn't lie it when I saw, and I was fourteen, thats kinda why they have ratings systems, though, R is classified basically as under 17 is too young; I'm not saying I agree with the system, but this begs the question: Why would you want to show an R-rated B-movie with a rape scene to an eleven year-old?

seriously, it's not that good a movie, it's OK, but it won't change the world, though it may change how an eleven year-old perceives the world . . .

For an 11 year old, maybe a bit too strong, you should probably leave it for 2 or so years.
