So when did she decide to.... (SPOILERS)

... To make the torture chamber in her basement? After she got raped? somehow to recreate and remember the torture of the rape that her father wanted her to forget so she never got over it by thinking it throug but she just kept it in her and needed some release by recreating it and feel the pain? I think so.

What do you think?

And was it suppose to be James Woods in the sex tape?

Joe.

It might not have been created immediately after the rape, but at some point during those years. I think you're right about the recreation. Victims of rape usually suffer in one of two ways after the incident, especially if they don't get help. They either stop having sex altogether and don't want anyone touching them, or they become very sexually permiscuous, usually in ways that resemble what happened to them. And since there were four of them and there was bondage involved, it makes sense.

I'm not sure if James Woods was in the sex tape. But I hope the explanation above helped a little.

Thanks for your comment. I also believe that it's true that rape victiems either just denie it and want to escape the fact of what happened or they might just get it on their mind and don't know how to work it out and might get into the revenge style by getting cruel themselves.

But ofcourse I'm not saying that this is the fact for all victims. I feel for every victims of this crime and I am not trying to change the point of view that they have!

It's true, everyone is different and reacts differently to traumatic events in their lives. The important thing is that other people understand how hard it can be to overcome. Glad I could help!

James Woods was obviously not in the sex tapes because he was gay. In the film, John Travolta and Madeleine Stowe saw a minute or two of the tape, but John was soon knocked unconscious and the tape was lost, and so they had no chance to watch the rest of it. Later, John Travolta just tried to bluff him by saying that he saw him in the tape. But as we see in the movie, Woods was unimpressed because he knew that that he was not in the tape.
