I read somewhere (online of course) that the music in the background is Mozart . Hence the confusion ....
There is a Mozart composition playing in the background when Moore is arrested (after the attorney walks in on the altercation in the kitchen). It's an aria from "Die Zauberflote" ("The Magic Flute) sung by the character Sarastro. What's playing when we see that Moore has shot himself is from Orff's "Carina Burana".
