This movie was the beginning of the end of the franchise. The series should've ended after the second or third movie.

Too much comedy, boring human characters, Chucky dealing with martial issues isn't funny and Tiffany is annoying.

I disagree. This actually was a fresh take after the boring third movie. Seed was where the series went downhill and got way too goofy.
