Long Term Parking

What was Chris hoping for by leaving the car at the airports long term parking lot?
1) That the car would not be found or disturbed there for a few weeks or months.
2) The FBI would find it there and think that Ade got on a plane to somewhere.

If he was counting on the car being found, then that would be a really stupid plan because you would have to believe that there were cameras all over the place. It was an airport close to New York City shortly after 9/11, so you know security is high.

I thought of this because of a local story about a woman who disappeared and they found her car at a nearby airports LTP 3 days later. They haven't revealed who put it there yet, but suspicion immediately went on her husband. And it turns out there have been many cases where a missing persons car turns up at LTP, and almost always the person was kidnapped and or murdered.
