14 years later I find out it's not.
I used to see the box in the children's section at the video shop and wonder why it was there.
Anyway I just watched it on tv and apparently it's a heartwarming Christmas film for all the family! Who knew?!
The snowman is *beep* creepy though.

The horror version of jack frost was better in my opinion. Both these films sucked but at least the horror version was funny albeit unintentionally funny.
shareThis movie was creepy in how distorted the script writers view of a child's movie should be made.
It could have easily been a horror movie with a few simple tweaks to the story I mean it was creepy in it's own way as it is.
The Snowman puppet seems to be creepy to some people but it's never bothered me, I like this film a lot.
